  1. Low energy consumption: the three-in-one plate heat exchanger is adopted, and the whole machine can save 20~30% of energy consumption;
  2. Low pressure drop: the pressure loss of the whole machine is less than 0.015MPa, which is lower than the national standard;
  3. Low dew point: under standard working conditions, the pressure dew point is as low as 2~10℃, and the electronic bypass valve is adopted, making the system more stable;
  4. Environmentally friendly and durable: the whole series adopts environmentally friendly refrigerant R410a/R407C, which meets international environmental standards and has a maximum pressure of 1.6MPa;

The Refrigerated Air Dryer is designed to provide stable and efficient moisture removal for industrial compressed air systems. It works by cooling hot, moisture-laden compressed air to condense water vapor into liquid, which is then separated and discharged from the system. This process helps deliver clean and dry compressed air to downstream equipment and production lines.

The dryer maintains an outlet pressure dew point of 2°C to 10°C, which is suitable for a wide range of industrial applications. With optional air-cooled or water-cooled configurations, the system can be adapted to different installation conditions and operating environments. Its efficient refrigeration design helps reduce moisture-related damage, improve air quality, and support stable long-term operation.

To ensure stable performance and reliable operation, the refrigerated air dryer should be used under the following recommended conditions:

  • Applicable fluids: Compressed air, non-corrosive air
  • Rated inlet pressure: Standard 0.7 MPa
  • Usable pressure range: 0.6–1.0 MPa
  • Custom pressure options: Available upon request
  • Rated inlet temperature: Standard 45°C
  • Maximum inlet temperature: ≤ 60°C
  • Pressure loss under full load: < 0.01 MPa
  • Outlet pressure dew point: 2°C–10°C
  • Rated ambient temperature: Standard 35°C
  • Ambient temperature range: 2°C–45°C
  • Cooling method: Air-cooled, with water-cooled option available

For the best operating result, the dryer should be installed in a clean, well-ventilated environment and matched to the actual system pressure, airflow, and temperature conditions.
