The Low Air Consumption Blast Heating Regeneration Adsorption Dryer is designed to provide stable, energy-efficient moisture removal for industrial compressed air systems. It uses a blast heat regeneration process with an intermediate cooler, allowing the dryer to regenerate the adsorbent with only minimal compressed air consumption.
During operation, ambient air is drawn in by a blower and heated before passing through the saturated adsorption tower. The heated air desorbs the moisture retained in the adsorbent, restoring its drying capacity. During the cooling stage, the hot air circulates through the intermediate cooler and the regeneration tower in a closed-loop cycle, improving cooling efficiency and ensuring stable regeneration performance.
Because the regeneration process requires only 2–3% compressed air consumption, this dryer offers a more energy-efficient solution than conventional heatless dryers while still maintaining a stable low dew point. It is suitable for continuous industrial operation where both compressed air quality and operating cost are important.
To ensure reliable drying performance and long-term operation, the Low Air Consumption Blast Heating Regeneration Adsorption Dryer should be used under the following recommended conditions:
- Applicable fluids: Compressed air, non-corrosive air
- Rated inlet pressure: 0.7 MPa
- Optional pressure range: 0.6–1.0 MPa, other pressure levels customizable
- Rated inlet temperature: 10–30°C
- Maximum inlet temperature: 40°C
- Inlet air dew point: ≤ 25°C
- Regeneration gas consumption: 2–3%
- Outlet pressure dew point: -20°C / -40°C optional
- Rated ambient temperature: 35°C
- Usable ambient temperature range: 2–40°C
For the best operating result, the dryer should be installed with proper pre-filtration and operated under stable inlet conditions. This helps protect the adsorbent, improve regeneration efficiency, and maintain consistent outlet air quality.
