The HOC-E Efficient Adsorption Dryer is a high-performance compressed air dryer designed for industrial applications that require stable low dew point air and reduced energy consumption. It uses zero-gas-consumption waste heat regeneration technology, which recovers the high-temperature air discharged from the compressor to regenerate the adsorbent.
During operation, moisture in the compressed air is removed by the adsorbent inside the drying tower. The waste heat from the compressor discharge air is then used during the heating and regeneration process to restore the adsorbent’s drying capacity. During the heating, regeneration, and cooling stages, the system does not consume finished compressed air, which greatly improves overall energy efficiency.
With this heat recovery design, the HOC-E dryer provides reliable low-dew-point compressed air while reducing operating costs, making it an ideal solution for high-temperature and high-volume industrial compressed air systems.
To ensure stable drying performance and reliable long-term operation, the HOC-E Efficient Adsorption Dryer should be used under the following recommended conditions:
- Applicable fluids: Compressed air, non-corrosive air
- Rated inlet pressure: 0.7 MPa
- Optional pressure range: 0.6–1.0 MPa, customizable
- Rated inlet temperature: 120°C
- Allowable inlet temperature range: 110–180°C
- Regeneration gas consumption: ≤ 3%
- Outlet pressure dew point: -20°C / -40°C optional
- Cooling water temperature: ≤ 32°C
- Cooling water pressure: 0.2–0.6 MPa
For the best operating result, the dryer should be installed in a properly designed compressed air system with stable inlet conditions and suitable cooling capacity. Both air-cooled and water-cooled configurations are available to match different industrial environments and project requirements.
