The 99% PSA Nitrogen Generator is designed to provide a stable, continuous, and cost-effective nitrogen supply for a wide range of industrial applications. By using Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology, the system separates nitrogen from compressed air through high-performance carbon molecular sieve (CMS), delivering reliable on-site nitrogen production without the need for cylinders or liquid nitrogen.
The generator operates with a dual-tower adsorption system. During operation, compressed air enters one tower, where oxygen, moisture, and trace gases are selectively adsorbed by the CMS, while nitrogen passes through as the product gas. At the same time, the second tower enters the regeneration stage, releasing the adsorbed oxygen safely into the atmosphere.
When the first tower reaches saturation, the PLC control system automatically switches the adsorption process to the second tower while the first tower regenerates. This alternating cycle ensures uninterrupted nitrogen production, stable 99% purity, and consistent long-term performance for industrial use.
To ensure stable nitrogen purity and reliable system operation, the PSA nitrogen generator should be used under the following recommended conditions:
- Nitrogen purity: 99%
- Inlet temperature: ≤ 40℃
- Inlet pressure: 0.5 – 0.8 MPa
- Nitrogen dew point: ≤ -40℃
- Switching cycle: 45 – 60 s
- Ambient temperature: ≤ 40℃
- Voltage / frequency: 220V / 50Hz
- Noise level: ≤ 75 dB
For the best operating result, the generator should be supplied with clean and stable compressed air. Proper pre-treatment, including filtration and air drying, is recommended to protect the carbon molecular sieve, maintain nitrogen purity, and extend the service life of the equipment.
